Many lives have been profoundly changed through an encounter with the biblical doctrine of justification by faith, usually explained in one of Paul's letters. As crucial as this important truth is to the Christian faith, James calls our attention t another important dimension of the faith: the good works that flow out of genuine faith. Saving faith will eventually result in a life changed in tangible ways, such as how we spend money, what we say about other people, and how we face trials. Blessings and Peace unto you. Why? I remember voting on this back in the 70's and it was approved so what is the deal with all the hold ups? The idea back then was to have the rain go up the middle of Woodward into Pontiac from Detroit. Along the way there would be stop-offs that would cross over Woodward Avenue unto one side or another. That is how I remember the concept way back then and that is why I voted for it because it sounded so nice In regards to "private funding" what would transpire if a person or persons changes their mind or that company went into bankruptcy? What is the fallback plan. While I have been for this plan since the 70's things have changed and new questions need to be answered. One of which would be why should a person choose the rail system over using their cars? One needs to give the people a reason(s) for taking the rail. IE Eli Garza: The question could be best answered as follows. Back in the 70's the light rail system was to replace the bus system aka SMART. The light rail would serve just like the subway system in New York. The claim is that light rail produces less pollutants than those foul smelling buses. The senior Maroun has repeatedly ignored court orders and shown no regard for national security issues. A crook is a crook, no matter how well he spins his lies and how much money he can spend to advertise them. I'm not a supporter of Gov. Snyder, but he's on point on this issue, a those who've taken the time to truly learn about this issue well know.
