New York City’s Roasting Plant will be opening its first coffee shop outside of NYC in the heart of downtown Detroit. The company will open in the First National Building, owned by Dan Gilbert’s Rock Ventures. The building is located at 660 Woodward, overlooking Campus Martius Park.
