Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Detroit has launched its 7th annual “100 Mentors in 100 Days” campaign.  The theme is “Focused on the Future: Inspire. Believe. Advocate.” The campaign will run through April 9th, 2014.

The goal of the campaign is to bring attention to the ever-present need for volunteers to serve as positive influences in the lives of children throughout metro Detroit. Mentoring has proven to be a solution to many academic, emotional, and social challenges children face daily. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Detroit takes pride in creating mentoring relationships that produce progressive outcomes for youth.

During the 100 Mentors in 100 Days campaign, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Detroit supporters are asked to consider becoming a mentor and/or encourage individuals and organizations to get involved either by supplying mentors through our school or community-based programs or committing to contribute financially in support of agency services.
