Meet the Men Behind Our Music

When the Detroit 2020 team decided music could be an interesting way to left the spirit of Detroit and its suburbs, we remembered a song we heard when a young man sent us a link to YouTube.

The song was called “Turn It Around” and the group performing it, Rock Nation, was obviously a group of talented musicians.  What we didn’t know at the time, was how special these young Detroiters are.  We interviewed them each, along with their manager/publicist, for a story we planned to introduce the music video.  We used small pieces of the interviews in the story, but people who heard the interviews told us we should make more of the material available.  We agree.
