Wow! I am blown away by those awsome students I just saw on your Detroit2020 – the Future of Detroit! It is obvious that someone is doing something right. The young lady is correct, EDUCATION is the secret to everyone’s future but not every student is getting the quality of education that these 3 students have obviously received. Too many people are stealing from our children’s futures by not doing their job to their fullest ability, stealing from the schools equipment, not giving a days work for a days pay, the unions are protecting bad teachers which just makes the job harder for the good teachers. We need to see more reports like this that show our community just what is possible. Bravo to these schools: teachers, administrators, parents, and students alike!
