I find it interesting that Peter Karmanos and Compuware is continually presented in such high regards. I am speculating that the phenomenon is created by outsiders looking in. In my opinion, as an employee of Compuware for 9 years and winner of two employee of the month awards, Compuware has many significant issues that negatively impact the organizations performance, its team members, and the customers that it serves.
